INSTRUCTIONS: 2 SERVINGS

1. Heat Shakshuka in a cast-iron skillet; bring to a light simmer (~3 minutes on medium-high heat)

2. Poach eggs: crack 2-3 eggs in Shakshuka, cover and cook for 2 minutes on medium-high heat (for a firmer yolk cook on high)

3. Garnish with parsley and scallions and enjoy with fresh bread
